Robin serves as Chief Growth Officer for Pediatric Home Healthcare. She leads the Business Development Department responsible for expanding the business by optimizing the referral model to create a seamless consumer experience. This optimization will help more children nationwide while strengthening the PHH brand to support company goals.

Robin is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She follows and weighs market dynamics, needs, and trends to help PHH determine how the business is shaped to allow new pathways for growth. Robin is responsible for collaborating with operations and recruiting, and providing support with all growth, marketing, and brand initiatives.

Robin has over 25 years of multi-site, multi-state home healthcare experience, primarily with Pediatric and Adult Private Duty Nursing. Working in a leadership role for a national home care company, she gained expert knowledge in operations, relationship building, talent management, organic and strategic growth, expansion strategy, and execution. Robin resides in Advance, North Carolina.
