Pam Hanson Long is the SVP of Clinical Operations at Pediatric Home Healthcare, LLC. In this role, Pam is responsible for managing the resource forecasting for clinical projects, resource skill sets, resource issues and project skill shortages in addition to ensuring compliance with regulations in policy development/implementation as well as on-going program refinement based upon advances in the field.

Pam began her career with PHH over 8 years ago as a Director of Patient Care Services in our Tyler office. Throughout her tenure she has ensured the quality of patient home care through her skills in leadership, direct case management, clinical development, and successful acquisition projects.

Pam has over 30 years' experience in pediatric nursing. Previous work experience includes Clinical Director in a Level III NICU and Pediatric Unit, NICU and PICU nursing, Pediatric Home Care nursing, Chair of the NICU Practice Council, Educator for the NICU Residency Program and NRP, DAISY site coordinator, Ground/Flight Critical Care pediatric transportation, Outreach education in the community, and Regional Faculty and training site coordinator for American Heart Association.

Pam graduated from Johnson County Community College with an ADN. Pam obtained her BSN and MBA from Webster University.
