Spring is a great time of year for the Patient Advocates to engage in Community Events and market PHH in a fun, more casual setting – and this past month has been busy!

The North Texas Patient Advocate team supported PA Lilliana on May 19th, at the Fort Worth Patio Health Fair Event co-hosted by PHH and other network partners. Lilliana introduced resources for dis-charge planners, social workers, inpatient case managers, referral coordinators and outpatient specialty RNs. It was a great evening for the event full of sunshine, food, and informational fun!
