On January 30th, 2019 Fort Worth ISD Special Education Department held an open house at the LIFT Program Transition Center. The school helps provide special need students of FWISD with their vocational goals, independent living skills, teaching support, travel skills, advocacy support, community supports, and functional academic goals. Pediatric Home Healthcare was excited to sponsor this night and provide information and resources in the community. We all gathered around cookies and snacks and got a chance to get to know one another!
