The North Texas Patient Advocate team held a Community Event in partnership with 6 other noncompeting pediatric companies to host a Drive-Thru Health Fair. The event was hosted in our PHH Fort Worth office parking lot and spearheaded by Fort Worth’s Patient Advocate, Lilliana. The teamwork and camaraderie from all agencies were amazing and the event has a successful turnout from the Fort Worth Community. Case Managers from throughout Cook’s Hospital and Referral Coordinators from several local pediatric offices attended the event.

This event was held outdoors and all attendees were greeted in their own personal car, given information from each agency and at the end of the drive-thru stations, participants were treated with tons of Halloween themed goodies and dinner from Ruthie’s Rolling Café’ Food Truck.

The North Texas PA team dressed in costume as team Mario, and the Fort Worth office team joined in Halloween costumes as well to greet our guests. This was our first ever drive-thru community event, but it will not be our last!
